What’s new in Slope 2?
Building on the classic version, Slope 2 brings exciting new features to the table. It’s a sequel to the beloved, fast-paced, endless runner Slope game. The goal remains unchanged: survive as long as you can while dodging deadly obstacles on the neon-lit slopes.
At first, the gameplay might seem familiar, but once you dive in, you’ll quickly notice the differences thanks to the fresh gameplay. Slope 2 offers more intricate track designs with curves, additional moving obstacles, and unexpected twists, alongside the usual static red blocks, steep ramps, and wild gaps. This sequel also introduces several power-ups for speed boosts, adding even more thrill to the gameplay.
How to play Slope 2: More than just dodging obstacles
In Slope 2, the goal hasn’t changed; it’s still about guiding the ball left, right, and down the slope while avoiding red obstacles and gaps. The run ends immediately if the ball falls off the track or collides with a red obstacle. The ball moves forward automatically once the game kicks off, where speed meets survival. Get ready to test your limits and go as far as you can!
Steer left and right to dodge obstacles; there are no jumps. Use the A/D keys or the left/right arrow keys to control the ball, steering clear of red blocks and gaps in the track. Just like in the original game, the ball can’t jump over the gaps.
Collect speed boosts using power-ups scattered throughout the track. Running through tunnels with arrows, hitting blocks with the up arrow icon, and passing over sections of the track marked with up arrow icons will all give you a speed boost. But remember, higher speeds come with greater risks; be cautious not to fall off or crash into red blocks!
Stay on the track and aim for a high score. The game’s difficulty ramps up as you progress, with faster speeds making it more challenging.
